Paktika HEI gives priority to quality enhancement to achieve this goal, before the candidacy to the first stage of nomination Paktika HEI administration started holding workshops pertaining to quality enhancement and intended quality enhancement affairs to departmental level.Since the beginning of this year, Paktika HEI strategic plan committee has been working of five year strategic plan, they enrich this plan with having discussion with different level staff members and compare its each part with the strategic plan of MoHE and they arrange it.
